Moon & Back Permanent Jewelry

At Moon & Back Permanent Jewelry, each piece is custom-sized, carefully fitted, and permanently welded just for you. We take pride in providing high-quality jewelry and exceptional craftsmanship designed to celebrate life's most meaningful connections.

Because each piece is custom-made for the individual wearer, all permanent jewelry sales are final.

Complimentary 30-Day Craftsmanship Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your jewelry separates at the original weld due to a workmanship issue within 30 days of your purchase, we will reweld it at no charge.

This warranty covers the original weld only and does not cover accidental damage, excessive force, stretching, snagging, or normal wear.

Rewelding Services

If your jewelry becomes detached after the warranty period, we're happy to reweld it for a small service fee, provided you still have the original chain.

If additional chain is needed due to damage, loss, or resizing, additional material charges may apply.

Lost Jewelry

We cannot replace jewelry that has been lost or discarded. If your jewelry has been removed and you still have the original chain, we'd be delighted to reweld it for you.

Proper Care

To help your jewelry last for years to come:

  • Avoid pulling or tugging on your jewelry.
  • Remove jewelry before activities that may cause excessive strain.
  • Clean periodically using mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth.
  • While our chains are selected for everyday wear, proper care will help preserve their beauty and longevity.

Medical Procedures

Some medical procedures, including MRI scans and certain surgeries, may require your jewelry to be removed. If this occurs, simply save your chain and bring it back to us—we'll gladly reweld it.
